Flat Hal and Flat Stanley learned that Chile has 16 regions… kind of like states in the U.S., or province/territories in Canada. In Chile, provinces are like counties in the United States, or municipalities/
regional districts in Canada.

Sometimes, when we are traveling, we encounter a word, or concept we know the meaning of in our homeland, but discover that same word is used differently elsewhere.

Brick used to “pave” parts of the highway, giving areas with a soft foundation flexibility so it will last longer.
