For the past five years WorldJourneyJournal has collected entries from people around the world, asking them to describe where they live — what makes it unique and special so kids can learn about the world from the people who call those places home.
This year, as someone was writing in the journal, they asked if a Flat person would travel with it, and keep a journal about the places they go, the adventures they have — and the world as seen by someone visiting. It’s another perspective to offer as a way for kids to learn about the world beyond where they call home.
FlatHal.xyz was established September 2024 to be the online journal of Flat Hal, the flat friend of the site’s owner who will hopefully visit countless countries, and share tales for years to come.
Flat Hal’s adventures are here to be shared with kids and schools — I’d love to KNOW you are enjoying them and sharing them, that’s both the reward for doing this, and the reason to keep doing it.
