The sky was moody as we first started taking pictures in Tromsø. Just before the rain began, as we stood in the crisp, chilly air, gazing at the snow covered mountains, we wondered if there is a single month of the year when they don’t get snowfall.
Looking over at the skyline of Tromsø (troom-suh) the Arctic Cathedral stands out, reminiscent of the mountains behind the city, this unique building captures something special, of the place, and its people. Built in 1965, the Arctic Cathedral was inspired by the Arctic Nature.
The rain started, and we couldn’t help wondering, was fresh snow falling on the mountains above Tromsø.
