Having enjoyed the view from the cable car in Barcelona, Spain, the flat fellas decided to give the cable car in Brest a chance. This one is a short hop across a river, part tourist attraction, part public transportation.
The ride was short, and the views a bit anticlimactic after Barcelona… until they spotted the dry docks! Places where the river water can be held back (similar to how the locks in the Panamá Canal work) and ships can be built or repaired. Then water flows back in and the can sail out.
One dry dock in use, with no water in it, one dry dock flooded with water just waiting for the next ship to sail in and use it, and one dry dock totally empty.
