If you look really closely in the picture of the skyline of Recife, off to the left you can see a hump of land on the horizon… that’s the second eastern most point of South America.

We put an arrow by Recife to help you find it.

Pale-Breasted Thrush (we think, might be Rufous-Bellied Thrush)

A Pale-Breasted Thrush hid in the trees, common Waxbills played in the grass, and Vultures perched atop buildings as we explored Recife. With some streets that looked like a scene out of Amsterdam, and magnificent buildings all around, it was an interesting day.
