Flat Hal and Flat Stanley thought we were photographing two different types of Sea Gulls, but it turned out these are all Kelp Gulls, the difference in the color of their feathers comes from whether or not they are an adult.
The flat fellas had fun this afternoon watching the giant cranes move cargo containers into place on a freighter.
